Perplexity
Perplexity’s custom-connectors feature accepts any MCP server URL with OAuth, Creatorland fits the shape directly.
Setup
Perplexity
Loading setup…
- Who it’s for
- Perplexity Pro, Max, and Enterprise subscribers using custom connectors in chat or Computer workflows.
- Compatibility
- Custom MCP connectors are available on Perplexity Pro, Max, and Enterprise plans via Settings → Custom Connectors → Add a custom connector. HTTPS is required (Creatorland’s server uses HTTPS). Connectors can be scoped Individual (private to your account) or Organization (admin can share org-wide).
- Verify the connection
- After you sign in with your Creatorland account, your tools appear in the client, scoped to your account. If the list comes back empty, that signals the email you signed in with has no Creatorland account yet, create one (or sign in with the right one) at creatorland.com and reconnect. An empty list still confirms the OAuth handshake succeeded and you’re pointed at the right server.
Troubleshooting
- If the connector test fails after authentication, double-check the server URL doesn’t have a trailing slash beyond `/mcp`.
- Organization-scoped connectors require an admin to publish them, individual users can’t share them directly.
- Connectors are available in both chat and Perplexity Computer workflows, but you may need to explicitly enable the connector in each workflow’s tool list.
